We process data to answer enquiries, conclude and perform rental contracts, meet accounting duties and prevent fraud. Bases: your consent, contract performance and legal obligations under Law of Ukraine No. 2297-VI "On Personal Data Protection" and Law of Ukraine No. 675-VIII "On Electronic Commerce".

Information is stored on or read from your device only with your prior consent, except for strictly necessary technical cookies (Law of Ukraine No. 1089-IX "On Electronic Communications"; Law of Ukraine No. 2297-VI).

5. Sharing and retention

We share data with payment providers, insurers, IT hosting suppliers and authorities where the law requires. Enquiry data is kept up to 24 months and contract records for the term set by Ukrainian accounting law. We do not sell personal data.

6. Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, and withdraw consent, by emailing contact@cloudemental.com. Complaints may be filed with the State Service of Ukraine on Food Safety and Consumer Protection (Derzhprodspozhyvsluzhba).

7. Advertising and language

Advertising on this site is truthful and identifiable (Law of Ukraine No. 270/96-VR "On Advertising"). Consumer information is available in the state language (Law of Ukraine No. 2704-VIII).
