These terms govern every vehicle rental concluded electronically with cloudemental.com (PE, EDRPOU 53968572), Kyiv, Ukraine.

1. Driver eligibility

Minimum age 21 (23 for premium groups), a valid national driving licence held at least 2 years and an ID or passport. Renters under 25 pay a young-driver fee; additional drivers must be named in the agreement.

2. Price, fees, deposit and data

The rental price, mileage, fuel policy, insurance excess, deposit and all mandatory fees are disclosed before you confirm the contract, per the Law of Ukraine “On Protection of Consumer Rights” No. 3153-IX and the Law of Ukraine “On Electronic Commerce” No. 675-VIII. Personal data is processed under the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection” No. 2297-VI.

3. Mileage and fuel

Unless stated otherwise, 250 km per day are included; each extra kilometre costs UAH 12. Fuel is supplied full and must be returned full, otherwise the missing fuel plus a refuelling fee is charged.

4. Insurance and deposit

Third-party liability and comprehensive cover apply subject to an excess of UAH 15,000, blocked on your card as a deposit and released within 10 banking days after an undamaged return.

5. Cross-border use

Travel outside Ukraine requires prior written consent and a cross-border fee; unauthorised cross-border use voids insurance cover.

6. Cancellation

Free cancellation up to 48 hours before pick-up; later cancellation is charged 50% of the first rental day, a no-show one full day. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
